A long-established coffee shop in Takahata Fudo that inherits a historic space and traditional flavors that have continued since 1980, and continues to value homemade food and a relaxed atmosphere. While retaining the colors of the Showa era, we have a selection of cooking methods that do not use any chemical seasonings and menus that use domestically produced ingredients as much as possible. High-quality meals that satisfy even dietary education and health-conscious customers, and the different space created by a history of over 40 years, are far from reality and often make us forget that time stands.
