Eating rice, side dishes, and soup with chopsticks is the basic style of the Vietnamese dining table. Actually, it's really very similar to the Japanese way of eating. We think it would be wonderful to have a daily routine where “Vietnam” is usually part of Japan's daily diet. This is a new discovery for diners, and I want it to be such a restaurant where interest in Vietnam shifts from there.
