You can enjoy seasonal fresh fish and shellfish purchased directly from Toyosu and fishing ports, and premium shochu, etc. from all over Japan, starting with sake that goes well with seafood, rare local sake, etc. Our specialty “fish skewers” originated in Machida are [grilled skewers], which are fish cut at the store and grilled, and [Saikyo skewers], which are carefully soaked one by one in our original Saikyo miso, both of which are dishes we are proud of. The menu includes fresh fish, shellfish, seasonal specialties, side dishes prepared by hand every day, and homemade miso oden in the winter!
