Every day, Miyazaki staff from our fresh fish division prepare a variety of food menus, starting with signature menus such as sashimi platters that use plenty of fresh fish purchased from producers at each fishing port, grilled fish finished with an exquisite degree of cooking, and Miyazaki's specialty Miyazaki chicken! We always have over 20 types of carefully selected sake from around the country that go well with fish dishes, and are also recommended for use at various banquets and workplace drinking parties!
