Our specialty is juwari soba, which uses homemade flour ground in a millstone and sarashina flour. The unique formulation creates an aroma and a light texture, so you can enjoy its deliciousness even with salt alone. There is also a wide selection of soba dishes, and on the “Moon Meal” course, you can enjoy a variety of flavors, such as soba noodles made in a bowl or seasoned with duck.
