In addition to Niigata's local sake and local cuisine, each store offers unique recommended dishes, and we look forward to welcoming you! Although the customer base is high, it is a Showa-style restaurant where you can relax and drink from noon. The Furumachi store, in particular, focuses on sake and recommended dishes according to the season, and aims to be a place you can enjoy visiting every day. Also, although it is not well known, there is also a private room on the 2nd floor that can be used for course reservations. It is a large hall with a maximum capacity of 36 people. The Furumachi store's recommended popular dish is “is it quick and juicy?” The famous deep-fried chicken, “a combination of takoyaki and okonomiyaki,” takomiyaki, is super “using 3.5 cm 300g thick pork shoulder loin from Niigata prefecture”! Thick sliced roast cutlets, etc. There are various types of freshly squeezed sake, raw sake, junmaishu, junmaishu, daiginjo, drink comparison sets, etc., and the popular ones include “hadepa no incense,” “abe,” and “sawagani,” and the only sake from outside the prefecture, “Kokuki” in Mashike, Hokkaido, is always on hand.
