Our shop is located on the 6th floor of “Shizuoka Parche” in the Shizuoka Station building. The signature menu is “thick sliced shioya teishoku.” Beef tongue, which is about 8 mm thick, is grilled over charcoal, and the outside is brown and crispy, and the inside has a juicy flavor. It is a special dish that combines softness and juiciness. We also have a menu that makes full use of the deliciousness of beef tongue, such as tail soup and beef tongue stew.
