A “tofu and conger eel dish” restaurant located under a large ginkgo tree on the banks of the Isuzu River. Homemade tofu made by artisans can be enjoyed with flavourful yosedofu, seasonal tofu mixed with seasonal ingredients, etc. Other specialties include Japanese conger eel dishes. We are particular about domestically produced conger eel, so please enjoy the chef's specialty dishes, such as deep-fried tempura. Also, the scenery that interweaves an old-fashioned Japanese building with the surrounding nature has earned it a landscape award.
